I suppose you mean feedhorn by 'flange'. Don't even consider anything else but the original feedhorn from Channelmaster unless you are very keen to experiment (and likely to be disappointed as well). If the feedhorn you use has originally come with a mechnical polarizer (and most likely you are not using it anymore) make sure there are no square waveguide sections between the feedhorn and the circular C120 flange of the LNB, it must be circular waveguide all the way from the feedhorn to the LNB.
