I heard that 4 dishes-as-one-big-one from someone in Warsaw today. I thought he was talking out of his bottom. Perhaps it warrants further attention; I'll post it in a new thread.
I'm in the same boat as you, as we need 3m dishes here in Warsaw, and even those don't pick up all the signals.

I would say that you'd need it to be around the 2.5m mark which is virtually impossible to put up unless you have your own land. One of those beasts is too big for a balcony, and would need one hell of a chiminey stack! And if you have one in the open, chances are that it'll be pinched!!
