Try this site. They list all broadcasters that transmit (FTA and encoded). Look for the rugby section at the top. This sites great for all sports transmissions. Looks like you've got a choice of TV5,DSF, France 2 , TVR 2 on various different satellites at 13,16,19 E or 5 W
