 Hamburg Dude - The number on the back of my card is a different number to the the one given for "free to view" cards which is an automated answering service with no human contact so far as I could determine after ten minutes of pratting around with the various options.

Maybe the number on my card has a human interface card so I will try it in the morning and see what I get, maybe its SKY themselves, we shall see!
