As long as you connect the Digibox to your Spanish TV (and VCR?) via the SCART (Euro) socket(s) it should be compatible.
It will not work via the aerial socket.

Some FTA receivers (usable for BBC) are more sensitive than most Sky Digiboxes, so if you are in a weak signal area you may have trouble.
Not all digiboxes are equal either - the usual recommendation for fringe areas is the Panasonic TU-DSB30 (or -20).
