Unfortunately, RTE and TV3 don't do free-to-air viewing cards like the UK terrestrial broadcasters, so a Sky Digital subscription is your only bet.

BBC1 and BBC2 NI used to be part of the Irish Sky package, but are now FTA. This means that, for rights reasons, they have to show different sport from terrestrial- so no GAA.

UTV will also be on Sky's Irish line-up by Christmas, according to a report in the Sunday Times. No news on Channel 4 and Five has no interest.
