I'm familiar neither with Grundig nor Echostar receivers but for universal LNB (i.e. one that can switch to low and high band) there's usually LO setting for both bands or the receiver simply assumes that universal LNB always has those LO-frequencies that I mentioned and you just select "Universal LNB". There may be, but it's usually in some service menus, also setting for the low/high switching frequency.
