Not free, there's a one-off charge of £23.50, but then there's no monthly subscription.
The card will decrypt these channels (if they remain encrypted) for at least two years.
You need a contact in the UK to get one for you.
At present, they appear to be only available until the end of the year.
Your UK contact will need to know your Sky Digibox details (make, model, serial number etc).

But first, you should be aware of the following:
1. Do you have a good enough signal on Astra 2D to receive ITV? If you can get BBC, which is currently free and unencrypted, then you should be OK, but then, why would you want ITV...?). There is also no guarantee that C4/five will not also move to Astra 2D at some stage.
2. Do you have a good enough signal on the Astra 2A/B North beam? That's where five lives nowadays, and some viewers in Spain have lost it.
3. There is a strong possibility that ITV1 and C4 will stop encryption when their current contracts with Sky come to an end, in which case you won't need the card to recive them.
