I doubt that very much. They must use UK address. The reason is Sky do not have the rights to show Premier league football, Holywood movies etc in Europe only UK.
The BBC are now involved a legal wrangle with some American studios since they went free to air on 2D.

I mean think about it, why would sky distribute through a couple of obscure dealers if was legal and not in breach of contract

Canal + might just be a little bit annoyed to find out that after buying exclusive rights to the premier league that they then had to compete with Sky.
