I just meant that you do not need to adjust it specifically for some tranponder or beam because all Astra 2A, 2B and 2D signals come from the same position, from the same direction.

But if you got North Beam with 1.1m dish and now cannot get it with 1.8m, there's certainly some problem. Is your LNB suitable for the new dish? What type of dish you had and have now? Prime focus (symmetric) and offset dishes need different feedhorns. If a LNB for offset dish is used with a prime focus dish, it won't work well. Prime focus dishes usually come with a matched feedhorn and the LNB with waveguide input is attached to the feedhorn. Offset dishes normally have feedhorn and LNB as a single unit.
