MTV European is not at 28.2!
MTV Italia (16E), MTV Central (aka MTV Germany) and MTV 2 Pop (19.2E) are the only channels from MTV Networks Europe which are available FTA in Europe.
MTV European, MTV Espana, MTV Portugal, MTV Romania, MTV Polska, MTV France, MTV Classic, MTV Nordic, MTV|2 Europe, MTV NL, MTV UK & Ireland, MTV Base, MTV Hits, MTV Dance and MTV Brand New are available as subscription channels (so they are encrypted) from various D-platform operators on various satellite systems across Europe.
