Hello,

I want to receive all or some of: BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel4 + radio from Boeblingen (near Stuttgart) in Germany but I don't want a radiotelescope of a dish on my roof.

I would like to know what's the smallest possible dish I can use for good enough reception and whether I can receive regional TV (north east/north west news, etc).

What is the best type of receiver/LMB I can get to maximize reception and therefore reduce dish size?

What's the best approach to getting equipment? Ebay and DIY or going to a satellite installation shop and buying there?

Cheers,
John.
