There are a few Polish stations FTA (including the confusingly named ITV), but they are all on the hotbird satellite. I put in 11513 GHz, pol. H, SR = 27500, FEC = 3/4 and they popped up.
On Astra 2C you should get Radio dla Ciebie on 10832 GHz, H, SR 22000, FEC 5/6, and Radio Maryja Polen on Astra 1H on 124605 GHz, SR 27500, FEC 3/4. I haven't tried to find them myself.
