I think Sky minidish is not enough, for Hotbird you should have maybe 80cm or 90cm dish, for Astra satellites at 19.2E 60cm or 70cm is could be enough, depends on your location. Any local specialised satellit shop should be able to advice about correct size for Astra 1 or Hotbird.
