itv and bbc (and disney channels) are on the astra 2d beam of the sky service. a lot of swedes enjoy itv and bbc1 due to a signal boost near the stockholm area which does reach your area.
however it is so far away i think you need a minimum of around 2metres dish. if you look at the reports section of the site i think there is one report of someone who recieved in your area with 2 metres..
