Subject: Ch 10 What if Robin Never Left Port Charles

Alexis arrived at the PCPD and headed toward mac's office where Robin was sitting.

Alexis: Nikolas asked me to come down and help you. Any idea what ou are being charged with?

Robin: Keeping Michael secret. The charge is COnspiracy to kidnap.

Alexis: The Quartermaines must of done this. Don't worry about it Robin. These charges can't stick.

MAc sticks his head in.

Robin:Its all right UNCLE Mac.

MAc: Its time for you to headto court.

Robin nods her head as mac escorts her toward Court. A few hours later Robin and Alexis are sittign in a courtroom waiting for the judge to walk in. They rise as the judge walsk in

Clerk: Docket Number 2134543 People of the State if New York Vs Robin Scorpio. Charge is Comspiract to commit kidnapping.

Alexis: Alexis Davis for Robin Scorpio. We plea Nor guilty.
Judge: Question of bail?

DA: This woman helped a dangerous mobster keep a newborn boy away from his father. And she was making plans to leave the country We request no bail.

Alexis: Yur Honor. Ms Scorpio has many ties to the community. Including the Police Commissioner. She is no risk to flee.

DA: She had tickets to travel to France where she lived before. She is also an italian Citzen.

Alexis: She cancelled those plans your honor.

Judge: But she could resume those plans. And I have to consider the risk to the child. I order her held Without bail

Alexis: YOUR HONOR I OBJECT. THis woman is HIV postive. To subject her to any jailtime with charges as weak as this is an outrage.

Judge: I made my ruling. Call the next case.

Robin looked at Alexis and Mac.

Robin: (Crying) This can't be happening.

Alexis: I will appeal this. Just hold on.

Robin is led away by the court officers. In the back of the courtroom a VERY angry Sonny leaves the courtroom. He couldn't believe that Robin was paying such a price for Jason'sstupid actions.

Sonny:(To himself) How could I be so stupid. ISomehow I will make it up to Robin.
