Subject: NEW STORY Fate's Journey (Robin, Jason AU) Please read and reply

This story idea came to me and I had to do it. There are several changes in GH history. I will explain the changes in the story. The Story begins in 1995 with Robin and Stone happy together. Stone does NOT have AIDS in this story. The prolouge of the story is set in 1995. Ch1 and the rest of the story will be set today but with changes in the storyline which will be explained.

Hope you enjoy the story and please let me know what you think.

PROLOUGE

Robin and Stone were enjoying thier date at Sonny's club. Brenda was relaxing upstairs while Stone was escorting Robin home.

As they walked toward the car they didn't notice that they were being watched. The two men looked at each other and agreed that it was time.

THey reached for thier guns and aimed it at the happy couple. Stone looked around and saw the gun.

Stone: GET DOWN.

Stone ran and pushed Robin to the ground as shots are fired at them. Robin held her breathe as she waited for it to be safe. After a few mintues she slowly got up and looked for Stone.

Robin: STONE!

Robin found Stone lying face down. She ran to him and knelt down next to him. Robin saw that Stone was shot in the back of the head.

Robin turned him around and was happy to see that there was no exit wound. But Stone's eyes were glazed over and she knew the sad truth. The man she loved was dead.

She placed his head in her lap and held on to her dead boyfriend. She couldn't leave him.

She then heard a noise and knew she had to hide. But one of the shooters grabbed her.

Man: I got her Tony.

Tony came running up to Robin who was crying.

Robin: Why? WHy did you ahve to do this?

Tony: Business.

The second man held on to Robin and whispered in her ear.

Man: Your pretty cute.

Robin: I would rather die.

Robin slapped the guy.

Man: SO be it. I hope you and your boyfriend have a long life together in your next life. (To Tony) Lets finsh it.

Tony nods his head as he takes his gun out and aims it at Robin.

Robin feels the bullet tear into her chest. She brings her hand to her chest and sees the blood just before everything goes dark for her and she falls on top of Stone's dead body.

CH 1

October 2001

Dr. Jason Quartermaine did his rounds at GH. He walked into a room and looked at Robin. She had been in a coma for 9 and a half years.

But Mac couldn't brign himself to turn off the machines which were keeping her alive. 3 years ago Mac had finally agreed to remove Robin from life support but she still refused to die.

So Robin lay on this bed just like sleeping beauty. part of him hoped that she would wake up someday but the doctor half of him knew that the Robin he knew was gone.

Jason checked Robin and wrote the results on her chart. he then sat down next to Robin's bed.

Jason: Its me again. I don't know if you can hear me. I reemember when we talked about the future. We joked about us being doctors at GH and working together at GH.

So much has happened Robin. I need my best friend. Carly is causing trouble again. She wants to take Michael away from me.

PLEASE WAKE UP ROBIN. I know that its impossible but I need you Robin.

Jason sighed as he got up and began to leave. As he left Robin's eyes begin to open and she looks around

Robin: (In a very weak voice) Jason?

Jason runs back to Robin's bed and reacts ot her waking up
