SAN FRANCISCO CA

Robin Scorpio read the menu and smiled at Jagger Cates. Robin had come to San FRANCISCO to attend an HIV conference which discussed some new and very promising treatments for HIV.

And while in town she visited Jagger. She and Jagger exchanged email over the years.

Robin: Congratulations on becoming Captain. I never thought you would be so successful as a detective.

Jagger: I just wish Stone was around.

Robin: (in a sad voice) I know. I still miss him.

Jagger looks down at Robin's hand and sees Stone's ring.

Jagger: Your wearing his ring again.

Robin: I thought that ti was the right thing to do.

Jagger: It is. I'm so proud fo you Robin. You have your dreams.

Robin: Sometimes it seems so meaningless without Stone.

Jagger takes Robin's hand.

Jagger: Stone wanted you to live and be happy. (Jagger places Robin's hand over her heart.) He is in your heart Robin. You live for him.

I need to get back to work. It was great seeing you Robin.

Jagger leaves the money to pay for the meal and then kisses her cheek before leaving.

Robin got up from the table and began to leave. As she passed the newsstand she had this feeling to read a newspaper and opened it to the obituary. She began to read the names. One interested her,

PRUE HALDWELL

Robin read it a few times. She suddenly had this feeling overtake her.

Robin headed up to her room and changed into a black dress she bought just before leaving Paris.

At the time she had no idea why she bought this dress. But now Robin had this strange feeling that she was to wear it to attend the funeral.

Robin looked at herself in the mirror. She had no idea why she was going to the funeral of a woman she had never met. It was like something else was controling her.

For a brief second she thought about not going. But she had the feeling that it was very important for her to attend.

After checking herself in the mirror she ripped Prue's Obituary out of the newspaper. Robin looked at her map of the city and figured out how to get there.

Several mintues later Robin arrived at the house. As she walked toward the house she had this strange feeling overtake her. Part of her wanted to head back to the car and go back to the hotel.

The rest of her wanted to know what happened to her. Robin took a deep breath and walked into the house not knowing that her life was about to change.
