Subject: ch 40 Home Sweet Hone

A couple of weeks have passed. Emily was living her life as nothing had happened. It was the night of the ELQ party. It wasto celebrate Skye's addition to the board.

In the couple of weeks she had known Skye she didn't like her.

But was full of smsiles as she walked into the ballroom where the party was. Emily smiled at everyone and had small talk.

As the party went on Emily began not to feel well. Emily was dancing with ayoung man whwo was the son of one of the guests when she collapsed into his arms.

Monica:EMILY.

The young man helped Emily to the floor and rested her head in his laps as he placed his hand his hand on her chest to check for breathing and a heartbeat.

ALan:WHat happened?

Monica knelt by her daugher's side noticing that Emily was getting weaker and weaker.

Monica:(Crying) Don't die. I already lost a daughter I can't lose another one.

Holly and Zander who were disguised as paramedics loaded Emily onto the stretcher andtoke het to the amblance.

The Quartermaines rushed to GH and waited for news. After several mintues a doctor thatthey didn't know walked into the waiting room.

Doctor: She went into arrest inthe amblance. The paramedics attempted to get her heart to resume beating but were unsuccessful.

ALan:(crying) NO.

Doctor: I'm sorry Dr. Quartermaine.

The Quartermaines hug as news fo Emily's death. A few hours later Zander gets a phone call. He leaves for the location where is is told to go.

When he arrives he sees Robin and Robert tied up. Zander triesto come up to them but is stopped.
