it seems ridiculous that you should be the one to have to deal with the situation when you aren't seeing it...

it would have more impact from them anyway...

perhaps a social story might help him to learn appropriate beahviour..and that is something that you can review with him at home and they can talk about it at school.

If this is an issue that is escalating ( or perhaps this one teacher is just exaggerating the whole thing)..then maybe you need to call a meeting, and get a plan in place so you can all be consistent in the way the behaviour is handled.

It is true that many times kids behave different at school than at home. I am surprised that teacher doesn't realize this...

keep a cool head but try to get some answers.
