I totally agree with you about Sandra and most of the other too. There are several others I would have liked to stay on:

1. Marcello Armonti (Wolf Muser, 1985)
Great actor, great storyline. Why is it that all the really exciting, psychotic and intriguing characters disappeared so soon? Marcello was wonderful and he too made things happen.

2. Elizabeth Peale (Lauren Chase, 1984-1985)
Admittedly, she wasn't among the most exciting characters but there's something very appealing with her. I just love the accent, the vampish style and the man-eating attitude. She reminds me a bit of Augusta and she was very sexy.

3. Laura Asher (Christopher Norris, 1989-1990)
This is a woman that REALLY made things happen. I loved her intrigues and the show just wasn't the same without her.

4. Joe Perkins (Dane Witherspoon, 1984)
Of all the needless re-casts of SB, this must be the worst. Dane was great; the first real hero of SB. Sure, his departure paved the way for Cruz but still... Besides, the character was killed off in an unworthy manner.

5. Maggie Gillis (Suzanne Marshall, 1985)
They didn't use her enough and they let her go way too soon. But Suzanne is a wonderful actress and Maggie was a tough woman with guts. She suited Warren mich better than that hopeless B.J.

6. Amy Perkins (Kerry Sherman, 1984-1986)
This was one really funny and charming lady. Killing her off was a really big mistake and a loss for the show.

7. Veronica Gayley (Andrea Howard, 1984-1985)
Many may not agree but I always loved this character. If they'd given her some more exciting storylines and more to do, she could have been terrific. Wonderful actress.

Oh, I especially agree about Laura Asher & Veronica Gayley. I forgot to add Summer Blake to that list too. (NT)Brick09:41:20 03/21/01 Wed
