Sorry,,Francisco, I believe that Ken only wanted Sophia´s money and wanted to be the boss at Armonti Industries. He poisioned Sophia to make her sign all the papers he needed. Andy wanted to get rid of Ken´s wifes, incl. Sophia, because she wanted him to marry her finally. She only agreed that he married Sophia so that they both would have the money. When she saw that he had no indication for a divorce she started to poision Sophia with a stronger stuff so that it goes faster to get rid of her.
But the storyline had to end so quick due to the show´s end
and everything ot a little confusing. I always believed that in future episodes Ken would be after CC, accusing him being Ken´s murderer.
