Pausing before she answered. "Life is always changing much as the water is. One can never step into the same river twice but you can remember what it was like. You have to let go of those that are lost to you. Knowing..knowing that maybe that change in life is good. If one can not move on one can not live." Sighing she thought about what she said realizing that is what she needed to do.
