A Los Angeles police motorcyclist is under investigation by Internal Affairs, after he was observed taking photos of a woman he had pulled over on his police motorcycle… before letting her go.

The woman was pulled over for ‘running a stop sign’. Camera footage shows her apparently flirting with the cop with some success. She mounted his bike and he took photos of her before allowing her to leave without a ticket.

Observational skills (in this case, spotting regular traffic cameras and eye-witnesses watching the scene develop) were clearly not in evidence with this officer!
