Date Posted: 05:00:51 11/03/14 Mon The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) says in a report that unrestricted use of fossil fuels should be restricted (with 80% of energy coming from renewables) and "phased out" by 2100 if the world is to avoid dangerous levels of climate change.
