Dani sat on a rock near the shore in the middle of the night, surveying the surrounding area. She choked back tears desperately. She felt so sick thinking about what she had done to Zac or Zakk or whatever he called himself now. Sighing, she reached in her pocket cringing slightly as the blade of her small knife knicked her hand. An idea struck her. She could just kill herself. Maybe it was selfish or attention seeking but oh well. She didn't deserve to live anymore. Pulling out the knife she placed it gently to her left wrist. Taking a deep breath she looked at the horizon, still pondering it.
