[i relish the pain. pain is the essence of living. without feeling the pain, how can you tell if something's real or illusional? when we dream, we pinch ourselves. i wish reality was like that, only reversed. when we want to 'wake up' from reality, we pinch ourselves. then out we go to wonderland. i really wish i was alice. but i'm not. im mandy. mandy in reality. not alice in wonderland.]

[slender figure clad in black, and only black moves onto the beaches. footprints left behind in sand were only reminants of existance; otherwise, she was invisible. the way she liked it. unaware of any other presence of beinds about immediate area, slender legs fold downwards as she lays down on the still-warm sands below. it was the warmth she never had; felt almost like a hug. odd, she had never had this form of 'embrace', yet she could still put it in it's place. void gaze wanders to the dark sky above; the darkness, it was her only friend]
