第一,無人叫特區政府回歸後咁樣去折個"港英計時炸彈",弄致民不聊生.更沒有人叫政府在回歸一年內大灑金錢.

第二,最少彭定康時代國泰民安,不會像老毛當政般恐怖.而且上至彭定康的管治能力,下至他的親民公關和演說技巧也是有目共睹的.若你說此仍港英bobby-trap,故意與特首特首產生對比.令特首和他的3屍11命難堪的.我也沒話說.
