熱刺的命運
本來排在榜尾的熱刺, 因為季尾連勝18場, 而上到第1位, 還有, 熱刺的領隊柏列因球迷力量而辭職, 新任領隊由文仙尼擔任。
而曼狗保持2004不勝之身, 重奪回失落的英甲位置。
在此同時, 法國也在歐洲國家盃決賽以1:0擊敗英格蘭, 拿走冠軍的寶座, 而其英格蘭後防加利仔以一記精妙的廿五碼回傳烏龍波笠死占士射入全場唯一一個入球。
