【明報專訊】為迎接新高中課程，教師或要「自我改造」。目前任教高中的教師多專門任教一兩科，師訓與師資諮詢委員會主席程介明說，教師要有變的觀念，打破科目框框，不應只當「科目教師」，才能讓學生涉獵不同學習經歷。但他不認為教師要「再培訓」，「教師不一定要修讀什麼課程，教師間的交流最緊要」。

新高中課程會整合現有高考和會考課程，如高中科學結合會考生物、物理和化學，通識教育糅合科學和科技科及綜合人文學科。程介明說，將來教師不能只是「科目教師」，如教物理的便只懂教物理，不懂教化學。「學習經歷不能拆開，教師有不同專業，但對學生而言，只有一個total solution，只有總體學習方案，知識必須互相融合。」

減直接講授增活動

他說，將來學生活動的比例會增加，如做專題報告，由教師直接講授的課堂會減少。「教師傳統上不用做太多設計工作，但現在都在變。」他說，一些公司的員工不是花最多時間埋頭苦幹，而是「腦震盪」，將來學校也會這樣。

但他強調，不能要求學校樣樣事情「從頭到尾」由自己設計，政府和師訓會應盡快做探索和傳播的工作，他並呼籲學校早作準備。師訓會亦向學校發問卷，了解職前課程能否配合教師的需要。
