當年我讀濟記時經歷過40周年,當年有一個傳統,就是待排隊結束,龐sir宣佈可以上課室後,通常會先有一下鐘聲"叮".跟住濟人就會有紀律地上課室.但約在97年時,此鐘聲卻取消了.不知怎的,濟人上課室紀律自此便差了點.

三年前往深圳訪問的經驗

當年學校全體老師往深圳一所重點中學訪問，有幾件事情深深吸引著我，希望將來在我任教的學校有機會付諸實踐。

1. 以柔和的音樂代替鐘聲。
2. 主題課室，如太空、熱帶雨林、海底、未來世界……美化與教育共治一爐。
3. 另類課室，如影樓、棋壇、dancing studio等，上課時是教室，下課後是該課外活動的活動室。
4. 工場：內有不同的中、小型電動或非電動工具、工作檯、電腦等設備，並聘有指導員教同學運用不同工具，以設計自己構思的發明品。
5. 講論會：校內有一lecture hall，同學如有任何學術研究心得，可在此演講廳向全校師生匯報研究成果，並接受老師及同學的詢問。（各位同學：講論會是哲學碩士生和哲學博士生每年的必修課，但人家己在中學開始推行。這纔是學術氣氛！）

各位，以上並非天方夜談，而是「大陸」提供的教育，他們的學生便是你們明天的競爭對手。
