 剛才忘了寫結論,現在補上

我認為這是學校的失誤, 卻要懲罰學生,
於理不合之餘更令人氣憤難平.
應該馬上放寬政策,
還有,最重要的是"向同學道歉"
當然有部分同學因沒有學校領帶而比罰,但穿背心的同學沒有錯.
卻因校方失誤而要受罰.

如有失言,有怪莫怪......
