 現實地說..
炒老師是一件很困難的事..
近期才是合約制,如果要炒較舊的老師是程序複雜law~
加上，老師除了是老師亦有很多職務在身。找人接手也是很多手尾....

所以如果要炒的話,只會炒新老師...= =||
