1. 學校無意去研究「如何評審老師的教學質素」,但學校卻有興趣去研究「如何提升每一位老師的教學質素」,正如某一位老師的口頭禪:「沒有一堂課會是 perfect 的,一定會有改進的空間。詳情請留意即將上網的「未來三年的學校發展計劃」。

2. 正是因為「本來無一物」,故在推行一些新計劃時,從零到一要克服的困難會有很多很多。如果沒有老師和同學的支持和參與,一切計劃都會淪為紙上談兵。

3. 任何改革,最難克服的不是技術的層面,而是心態的層面。如果不能解答持分者「我為什麼要改」(common goal)的問題,這個計劃便一定失敗。此外,技術的層面如:如果沒有第一批的支持者(change platform),計劃就不能開展;如果沒有周詳的部署(strategy),便很容易進退失據;如果沒有監察(monitoring),便很容易走錯方向或做了一些徒勞無功的事;如果沒有持續發展(continuation),改革計劃便只是一次虛應故事,一場做給別人看的戲。

各位同學:我認為「想聖芳濟與時並進,日臻完善」是我們的 common goal,你們同意嗎?
