杜甫〈戲為六絕句〉云：「轉益多師是汝師。」每位老師的學養不同，教學風格不同，人生觀也不盡相同，正因如此，大家才可以在不同的老師身上學到不同的知識。
沒有老師會說「自己的一套」是最好的，我們只會說「這是我相信的一套」。
因此，如果你們認為某一些老師的教學最使你們信服，你們便可多向他們親炙，如是者，你才可以在聖芳濟學到最多。
「曹操也有知心友，關公都有對頭人」，與人爭論曹操好，還是關公好，是不會有結論的。
我們做老師的，深信只要我們齊心協力，便可以把學生教好，從來沒有老師會認為：「教好聖芳濟的學生，全是我的功勞。」
（不過似乎關公是最吃得開的：警察拜他；黑社會也拜他。哈哈哈！）
