唉,BA,唔需要硬著自欺欺人啦.濟記同學的英文水平同中文比較又會好得去邊呢.有人話九濟堂不能反映同學語文水平.好....就讓我們看看校報吧.
我曾經與一位公認為濟記發燒友的校友一起在網上觀看早前一期的芳泉校報.與他比,我的英文很遭,我A-Level UE Writing 只得B.但看見校報的英文文章.以外校人的標準來說,真是有少許汗顏(perspire from embarrassment).
然而,我想這位校友該會較包容,因為他真的很愛濟記.然而,他的反應倒是有點憤怒,他說無論中英文文章也有錯別字和不少文法,句式和用詞錯誤.他認為濟記師弟不應犯這些錯誤之餘,也質疑為何在師弟和老師曾反覆審閱的校報也出現這般的情況.最後還說
{真的要努力進修英文,否則這樣的英文水平在社會上真的很難競爭.}
聽了這席話,我真有點感觸.心想濟記的語文教育到底搞出了什麼鬼名堂.
