若岑同學之能力或 EQ 真的如閣下所言的不濟﹐那些選他/容許他當會長的領袖們有沒有責任呢﹖那些眼見九十一旅"攪成咁"(引用閣下之說法) 而不予干涉/協助之領袖/老師/隊長們又有沒有責任呢﹖

若當年你是一個隊長﹐你的隊員不出席活動是你的責任﹐不是會長之責任﹔若當年你是一個小卒﹐你或你的隊友不出席活動是你隊長的責任﹐不是會長的責任﹔若你連這最基本童軍架構之認識也沒有﹐請你儘快找人請教。

若閣下仍然是九十一旅之校內成員﹐容許小弟衷心祝福你會考成績驕人﹐能返回濟記升讀中六。如閣下有興趣回饋九十一旅﹐小弟必盡所有影響力讓你能擔任童軍會長一職﹐好使你能明白在缺乏其他人的支持下﹐一個會長之稱職與否對九十一旅之成敗那接近於無的關係。
