其實從批評中訓練個人的批判力,表達能力和分析力是同學成長的必經階段.但一個人是否成熟最重要的一點是: 我們在理性批評之餘,又是否同時懂得欣賞別人的好處呢?其實欣賞人家的優點是遠比批評來得困難和可貴.畢竟找人錯處容易,但要懂得發掘別人幕後所作過的努力和貢獻卻很考功夫.而且批評的定義是不須提出可行的解決辦法,因此層次底一些是很合理.
談到Bio老師,哈哈,你們有幸未見識過真正

不稱職

的老師.在八九十年代濟記有一位叫bio何的生物科老師,可以到會考前連六成bio syllabus都未教;堂堂用大半時間畫粉筆畫;仲離譜到媽自己班f.6 bio班:[點解到中六仲唔識用microscope.你地會考bio學咩架,邊個教你中四,五bio架.] 唉,,,就是他自己.
平心而論,從學弟的留言也得知這位梁老師怎樣說也是肯放心機去教書,不會不理同學死活.因此我提議大家有意見可以開心見誠地和他商量,但商量中則應從欣賞開始.這樣總比只是在九濟堂漫罵來得有建設.
