Subject: Ohio BON Discipline

Has anybody recently or starting to get discipline from the Ohio Board of Nursing? And if so, what can you suggest? They are pressuring me into voluntary surrendering my license as "it will look favorable to the Board." However, I've heard that when a nurse is disciplined, the Board makes the rules as you go along.
