I went through my photo collection and found a picture that
shows without a doubt, that the divider for the B deck partition (aft) was none other than a "Ismay you rude jerk, how could you do that to those poor people and also keep Jack and Rose from escaping" expandable gate! I should have looked here in the first place. Also, On the original plans of the Olympic from the SHipbuilder, the B deck forward partition IS shown. My pictures are not clear in this area, so I will trust the plans.
