MM Eric!
First, take two steps back for a moment and let's make sure we're on the same page. First off, a daemon is merely a discarnate entity, meaning it could be a spirit, ghost, angel, devil, etc. It could be anything. Demon, is the Judeo-Christian term for a malevolent being, generally assumed to be non-human and spawned from the evil of hell.

To this, I would say you probably do have daemons around...daemons, not demons. Spirits are everywhere, we just have to learn how to see them. As far as whether or not you have "demons" around you...well, from what I've seen, all discarnate entities are rather like us. Some are good, some are evil, but most are a mixture of the two. So most that will be around you won't be "evil" per se...just existing differently than you, but with personalities that are as variable as the personalities of people.

In my mind? Yes and no. I think there are certain factors that influence who and what a person will be, that is genetics, societal upbringing, etc. So, some people are going to be genetically more predisposed to being angry or selfish or whatever. However, life is choice. We can choose to operate against the flow of society (evil), or we can choose to ignore those impulses (which everyone has at one time or another) and be a functioning member of society. Do I think that anyone is born evil, as in "Damien" from the movies? *laughs* No. In truth, I don't believe in pure evil either, but that's another discussion.

Not that I'm aware of. But I'm not really well educated in "omens" and what-not. I would take it as a good sign... that an animal would trust you enough to birth it's children near you. But that would be my take on it.
Hope this helps a little anyway.
Senebty!
