some basic rules:

* Do not post scams, hacks, exploits, bugs or anything like that!
* Respect other people
* Do not SPAM
* Do like admins tell you
* Do not post more than 1 message in a minute >:-(
* Use common sense people, you know rules I've said, don't break 'em!
