I do know that it works mainly in the liver. I know that using the combination of Clomiphene therapy and Glucophage combined, that a good number of women have reported a good response. Side affects do include possible stomach pains, gastric pressure, although doctors arent sure of all possible side affects, and it should be questioned to your physician whether you should take it if youve had any liver problems, heart disease, kidney problems, and etc. And as with most drugs side affects will seem to lessen/will lessen. I dont have a far extent of knowledge on the drug, but i thought i'd let you know what i know.
