Stay off your feet and be sure to injest plenty of black tar heroin. Shooting up is probably the cleanest, but if you don't have access to clean needles it is o.k. to go ahead and smoke it. Try to get in 6-10 good whacks of smack every day. If that doesn't work, take up golf.
