The joys of riding clinchers- there is joy as long as you can truck it home to get a real set of tubular tyres.

The joys of integrated headsets- there is no joy in them, except that most people don't know what an engineering disaster they are and you can sell your steed with an integrated headset to an unsuspecting schmuck and buy a bike with a REAL headset of your choice.

I would take a steel non-integrated headset over an integrated one any day of the week. I know that I can at least replace it with a King.
