we are moving to Mackay at the end of the year I would like to know how many schools are in Mackay and what is the best school to attend or doesit depend what part u live in

firstly, ask your current teacher their opinion.
there are 3 ID schools in mackay. each school is very different in technique, style & size of classes.
ceilidh (janelle agius)
international dance affair (sandra danastas)
kay munro studio (kay munro)
mackay is pretty small, so distance to travel doesn't really come into it.
what are ur child's ambitions? do they dance mostly for fun, or do they have aspirations to dance at state/national/world level? that will impact on what school you choose.
i could give u my opinon on what school i think is the best & many reasons why, however i am involved with a mackay school so i am trying not to be influential.

she is 13 and has danced at a state and National level, so I would like her to attend a school that would continue this with her

at the state this year, go see children who attend the schools mentioned above,
IDA competed at state & national level last year.
munro competed at state & national level last year & world level this year
