Subject: Hickenbottom and Middelton

Please, someone explain what is going on here. Add 2 more names to the revolving list of players who leave the program early. Do other mid-majors have this same problem, why have so many kids left?

IMO - Jason was a very good player. I really thought he was going to be a big impact player this season. He impressed me a lot. Why in the world would he transfer to a DII school?

And we took a chance on Middelton, helped him grow as a player and now he dumps us for GW? He got just a few minutes in the NEC play, is he really ready for the A-10? The kid seemed to be a fan favorite, why leave?

Any chance they will change their mind, or are they both gone for good?

My guess is that if it was in the NB Herald, These kids are gone.

Jimmy Muggleton…who cares. Hickenbottom, now that hurts…friends are trying to convince him to change his mind, I think it is a “Home Sick” thing more than a team/coach/school thing.

No surprise with Middleton.. The kid's a freakin beanpole... like the kid you guys had before, whose name escapes me... only Middleton's obviously a little less talented... The kid u guys had before had a cup of coffee in the NBA... I believe he played for the LA Clippers, yes? Hickenbottom's loss won't bother you guys as much with you bringing in that JUCO PF... The thing that worries me is you guys seem to have TOO MANY undersized kids at the 3... Why reach for two in Bouie and Seymore... when you could maybe hold on to another ship for next season?

Howie will get all the scholarships he needs. we are able to snag top notch 3 men like Bouie, Seymore, Hickenbottom, Nwadike etc...BECAUSE they are undersized. Big schools pass on them, and they work out great in the "small" NEC. Hickenbottom leaving means some one is getting thrown in the fire early. Here's my guess for the starting line up

PG - Powell
2G - Blackwood
PF - Nwadike
SF - Mojica
C - Sober

Myers, Seymore, Redzic, & Bouie will all see playtime early. Ingo is a question mark, as is winters. Hutchinson may redshirt...he will "develop" with the program
