OK, we've mentioned the players who've left the program in the past (Battles, Scott, T-Ron, etc) and there were a bunch of different reasons for that. But what happened to our bench this season?

Gerrity, Brown, Niland, and now Williams? 4 players leave the team before we even play 10 games! I know the first 3 kids were walk ons, but isn't Williams a scholly?

Not to mention the JC transfer Andre Brooks and another walk-on Gervais Barger did not return from last season. And of couse, lets not forget that an Asst. Coach bailed out on the team after the first week of the season. How do we keep focus and stability? Why do so many players leave the team, or do we have to do a better job recruiting?

We now have just 10 players on the roster for the rest of the season. We will lose 2 senior guards after the season (Cheira and Jefferson) and we have just one early signing (Jeremy Myers, Guard, 6-1 180, Ft. Washington, MD). What is going on, any good news on this front?

I have seen this for a while now. Why are these kids dropping off so fast?
I know howie is a real straight arrow, but is the need for 'my way or the highway' keeping the drop off rate so high?
