I read another article about him that said he just started playing basketball last year or two years ago, I believe. His upside must be insane, which makes him a perfect pickup.

The great Tyrone Lewis mystery will be solved today. Harry S Truman High has called a 2 p.m. news conference this afternoon to announce where the all-time leading boys basketball scorer in Lower Bucks history will be headed.

A source with knowledge of the situation said Sunday night that while nothing was "definite," Niagara is the favorite at this time. Central Connecticut State also is in the running.

Lewis returned to the area Sunday night after visiting Ohio University, which no longer appears in the hunt.

If Lewis was to attend Niagara, he would be coached by long-time La Salle assistant Joe Mihalich. Mihalich was a coach of Mike Stock, the current Truman coach who played at La Salle.

Central Connecticut State jumped late in the mix and was making a strong push last week.

Lewis scored 2,211 points in his career and helped the Tigers to consecutive PIAA tournament appearances for the first time in school history.
