Subject: QU-CCSU game

Exactly the kind of win central needed, especially against rival Quinnipiac. With Lenny Jefferson playing good, this is actually a deep team. With Anderson, Mojica (except for starting tonight),and Sobers being very good players off the bench. The play of Lenny Jefferson has really turned this team around. I hope Howie gives a scholarship to Mojica. With all the players who have quit or transfered these past 2 years its great to see a player like him. Who does everyone see as the best couple teams in the conference? I really like the way Robert Morris plays.

nice little payback for that bullsh!t win quinnipiac got at central. I also think Rober Morris is a good team but I think that Central has a great shot to win the tournament if they play up to their potential. Demario was excellent and of course ron is always solid. I think that mostly everyone played well tonight.

DeMario is the X-factor. When he plays as well as he did last night, Central becomes a much more dangerous team. The development of Obie also shouldn't be overlooked. He's become a force under the boards. He's even taking some playing time away from Pittman. Central's definitely capable of winning the NEC, but it's the ultimate crapshoot this season. There's no clear cut favorite. Robert Morris, FDU and St. Francis NY worry me the most.

The second half vs. Q could have been their best basketball of the year. The freshmen - Nwadike, Anderson, Jefferson and Mojica – have really stepped it up. I also think T-Ron and Sobers have improved over the season and if everyone stays focused they could all be great additions to the rotation. With Robinson and Pittman on the inside and this newfound depth and team play, CCSU can really make a good run at the title. Mojica really deserves a scholarship for next year; his play and attitude is a much-needed lift for the team.

Although anyone can win the NEC tourney, it’s going to depend on seeding and streaks going in the tourney. The only team I really wouldn’t like to play is SFNY - they seem to have our number.
